This young lady is 3 months post-op after breast augmentation with 375 cc silicone gel breast implants placed in a dual plane (sub-muscular) pocket in order to correct a mild tuberous breast deformity. Tuberous breasts, by definition, have a tight constricted inferior pole and herniation of the breast tissue into the areola.
