Breast Revision Surgery - Lift with implants: This 53 year old female had a history of breastfeeding. She also had prior breast implants placed by another surgeon which became infected and had to be removed. She developed subsequent breast ptosis (or droop) and atrophy (or thinning) of the breast tissue. Here she is over 1 year post op after breast revision surgery. Her lollipop scars are still fading, but hard to see. She had a breast augmentation mastopexy (or breast implants with a lift) performed. 400 cc Moderate plus profile silicone gel cohesive “gummy bear” implants were placed. I used a vertical technique for the mastopexy.
