From Dr. Lampert:
EXPLANT & LIFT: 1 month post op
This patient had a primary complaint of breast and back pain.
She explained that her implants were placed in 2008 and that her breasts became
very hard. She felt that they also would contract.
The pain was so severe for her that it would interfere with her daily life.
This patient is experiencing some bottoming out bilaterally, capsular contracture
associated nipple deformity, significant animation deformity and grade 4 capsular
contracture.
I performed a bilateral implant removal (explant) with total capsulectomy and
mastopexy (lift).
She is looking and feeling incredibly better. She is very happy with her results.
