This 49 year old patient presented to me with a primary complaint of pain that has lasted for years, the right being worse. She has had her saline implants for 21 years. She wanted her breast implants removed without replacement. Here she is 2 year post op after removal of her implants with total intact (or “en bloc”) capsulectomy, breast lift and liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, upper back, thighs and fat graft to the breasts. She is looking awesome and feeling wonderful!
