This 30 year old female patient had a history of several (3) prior breast surgeries. She was experiencing severe breast pain, shortness of breath and other BII related symptoms. I performed a total intact "en bloc" capsulectomy, breast lift using mammary imbrication lift and fixation technique, liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, medial and lateral thighs, bilateral axilla and fat graft to breasts.
