EXPLANT & LIFT: 2 month post op. This 52-year-old female patient had a primary complaint of breast implant associated pain. Her breasts had a burning pain that would radiate to her shoulder and across to her back and neck. She felt that her implants were too heavy, and they prevented her from performing activities of daily living; it was debilitating. Here she is after removal of her implants with total intact (or "en bloc") capsulectomy and breast lift.
