EXPLANT & LIFT: 2 month post op This 37 year old female patient had a primary complaint of severe breast pain due to her breast implants. Her pain in her breasts was so severe that it prevented her from sleeping. The pain would radiate to her back, and they would hurt to touch. She wanted her implant removed and not replaced. Here she is after removal of her implants with total intact (or "en bloc") capsulectomy and breast lift.
