Revision Mommy Makeover. Revision Breast Augmentation Mastopexy and Abdominoplasty : This 74 year old female with a history of a cardiac valve replacement had prior breast implants and body contouring surgery performed many years ago, after her children. Years later, though she stayed active and physically fit, her skin laxity and breast implant position became a problem. The skin redundancy of her abdomen and loss of elasticity also bothered her. Here she is about 2 years after a breast revision augmentation mastopexy (I removed and replaced her breast implants and performed a breast lift.). I did a simultaneous brachioplasty (or arm lift) during the same surgical sequence. About a year later (9 months ago) I did a circumferential abdominoplasty (or lower body lift) with liposuction and fat grafting to her face, hands, and the scar depression over her sternum (breastbone over the center of the chest).
