This 30 year old mother presented to me with a primary complaint of back pain due to her large breasts. She felt that they weighed her down. Patient had breast asymmetry with her right breast being much larger than her left. She felt uneven and without balance during activity and with clothing. She had significant weight loss, but her breasts have remained large. I performed a mastopexy (lift) of the left breast with reduction of the right breast. Here she is 3 months post op, looking and feeling better than ever!
