This young 19 year old female patient presented to me with a primary complaint of having very large breasts that interfere with activities of daily living. She desired a breast reduction to alleviate these common problems associated with macromastia. I performed a bilateral breast reduction and Liposuction of Bilateral Axilla. Here she is 3 months post op.
