Breast Implant Downsize With a Lift 2 Month Post-Op. This patient felt that her implants were too big, heavy and disproportionate when she would lay back. I removed her 590 cc silicone implants and replaced them with 445 cc silicone implants. I also performed a bilateral breast lift (or Mastopexy).
