Breast Implant Downsize With a Lift 2 Month Post-Op: This patient had some lateral displacement of the left breast implant and grade 4 capsular contracture. I removed her 500 cc silicone implants and replaced them with 345 cc silicone implants. I also performed a bilateral breast lift, (Mastopexy).
