This 30 year old female patient presented to me with a primary complaint of breast deformity and capsular contracture. She was experiencing severe retraction and left lower pole of breast with associated flatten pucker deformity on the right breast and mild animation deformity. Here she is 8 months post op after I performed a bilateral breast implant removal with total capsulectomy with placement of silicone breast implants.
