This 43 year old female patient presented to me with a primary complaint of painful breast implants. She had her saline breast implants for 20 years and wanted an exchange. Here she is 3 months post op after I performed a bilateral breast implant exchange with total capsulectomy using silicone breast implants and a bilateral mastopexy.
I removed her 370 cc silicone bilateral and replaced them with 385 cc silicone bilateral.
