Corrective eyelid surgery: This patient is 8 months postop after upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty and micro fat grafting surgery. Excess skin and fat was excised and re-draped with micro fat grafting to blend the cheeks, orbits and tear troughs. Her hooded upper eyelid correction and severe dermatochalasis could only be adequately corrected with plastic surgery.
