Transconjunctival Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty: Fat repositioned from within the inside of the eyelid with NO EXTERNAL SCARS. This patient complained of the appearance of his lower eyelids. His lower eyelids made him look constantly tired; he desired fat removal from inside his eyelids. I corrected them, giving him a much more youthful look! Here he is 1 year post op after I performed a lower eyelid blepharoplasty.
