Lower Eyelid Lift (Blepharoplasty) with Facial Fat Grafting

This athletic male felt like the herniated lower eyelid fat pads made him look tired. Fat was repositioned under the tear trough from a scar within the inside of the eyelid (transconjunctival). Eyelid skin was also tightened externally through a fine scar under the eyelash line. Facial fat grafting was performed to further blend the eyelid - cheek junction.
