Upper Blepharoplasty and Fat Grafting to the Tear Trough. (ONLY 15 days postop.) This gentleman complained of upper eyelid skin excess. His upper eyelid skin redundancy made him look tired. He also had a prior lower eyelid surgery with an unknown surgeon. He complained of an over respected and hollow appearance to the lower orbital (eye socket) rim and tear trough. Fat was grafted to help improve this area.
