From Dr. Lampert:
Facial Fat Grafting, Submental Liposuction, and Transconjunctival Blepharoplasty: This young lady in her 20s had hereditary early eyelid fat pad herniation (or lower eyelid bags). People would say she looked tired, even after getting 8 hours of sleep! She wanted this treated surgically along with a natural augmentation of her lips, jaw line and malar (cheek) areas. She also complained of a small fat pad below her chin, most noticeable when she looked down at the phone. I treated and reduced the lower eyelid fat through a transconjunctival approach (from inside the eyelid) -without an external visible scar. (This is typically better for younger patients.) I performed liposuction below the chin (submental) and harvested fat. The fat was then micrografted to the tear troughs, cheeks, lips and jaw line
