Nasal Fracture Correction and Septoplasty
This young lady had a prior traumatic nasal fracture, or a broken nose. After nasal trauma, her nose was severely deviated, or crooked. Here I used closed septo-rhinoplasty techniques, in order to straighten both her nose and deviated septum. With closed rhinoplasty, all scars and incisions are placed well hidden inside the nose. For this young lady, surgery restored her natural beauty after an unfortunate traumatic nasal injury. For her this was NOT COSMETIC SURGERY, but a nasal fracture correction and septoplasty - or broken nose repair.
