This young active female had a traumatic nasal fracture and subsequent airway obstruction. She had a deviated septum and visible acquired deformity of the nose. The deviated septum and nasal deviation can be better seen from the worms eye view. Her pre op tip was also slightly bulbous prior. This was further refined.
