Septo-rhinoplasty Deviated Nose Repair After Prior Broken Nose. This lovely 22-year old female complained of nasal airway obstruction and a deviated nose after suffering a nasal fracture.
She hit her nose on the edge of a swimming pool when she was 11 years old and broke her nose.
Her nose healed, crooked,, the septum was deivated, and she had near complete nasal airway
obstruction on the left side. She complained of the crooked nose and the bump that had developed on her nasal bridge. She wanted an improvement, but wanted to still look like herself-not someone else. Here she is at 1 year post op after rhinoplasty and septoplasty to straighten the nose and reduce the bump.
