Septo-Rhinoplasty
This intelligent and beautiful young lady had a nasal trauma as a child which left her with a bad nasal fracture, crooked nose, nasal bridge bump, septal deviation and nasal airway obstruction. So nice to see her back for her 1 year follow up after I performed a Septorhinoplasty to improve her nasal breathing with a septoplasty and at the same time a rhinoplasty to correct her severe nasal vault deviation from her prior broken nose. I also rasped down her nasal bridge to reduce the dorsal hump of her nose. It is very rewarding for the plastic surgeon as it gives us the opportunity to improve nasal breathing and the facial aesthetics of the individual.
