Septo-Rhinoplasty: Aesthetic Refinement and Airway Improvement
This lovely young female complained of nasal airway obstruction which interfered with exercise and activities of daily living and her work as a nurse.
She desired surgery to improve her nasal airway. At the same time she desired aesthetic refinements.
Her goal was to have a nose that aesthetically looked similar to her grandmother's.
We reviewed photos together and although I could never give her exactly the same nose as her grandma, we identified aspects of her grandmother's nose that she liked and felt were ideal.
