Repair of Nasal Septum, Repair of Nasal Stenosis
This athlete had a prior nasal fracture (or broken nose) and developed problems breathing through his nose, with a deviated septum. He also complained of the dorsal hump (or bump) on his nose. I reduced the hump and straightened the septum with a septorhinoplasty which affords the patient both the cosmetic benefit of a rhinoplasty and the functional gain of a septoplasty and open nasal airway.
