Open Rhinoplasty
We performed an open rhinoplasty on this young professional lady. She desired a shorter nose with reduction of the hump on her nasal dorsum (or bump on the bridge). The preservation of a natural appearance was very important to her. A septoplasty was performed at the same time (a septo-rhinoplasty). A benign mole was also excised from the right cheek. She subsequently looked fabulous gracing the cover of Brickell Magazine's 2016 Best Dressed Issue!
