From Dr. Lampert:
Septoplasty, Submucosal Resection of Septum with Straightening of a Crooked, Deviated Septum, in Order to Improve Nasal Airway Flow and Repair of Vestibular Stenosis
This athletic young male sustained nasal trauma during sports. He suffered a broken nose and had difficulty breathing out of his nose due to his deviated nasal vault and deviated septum. He complained of nasal airway obstruction and visible deformity. There is some residual swelling that still has to settle, but he already breathes much better through his nose.
