Open Septorhinoplasty to Correct Deviated Nose and Septum
This young athletic male sustained a broken nose during a wrestling tournament resulting in severe nasal deviation, a deviated septum and nasal airway obstruction. He had an open septorhinoplasty to correct his deviated nose and septum. This involves straightening and repositioning the septum and fracturing and repositioning the nasal bones.
