This lovely young female complained of nasal airway obstruction and a deviated nose after suffering a nasal fracture.
She hit her nose on the edge of a swimming pool when she was 11 years old and broke her nose.
Her nose healed crooked, the septum was deivated, and she had near complete nasal airway obstruction on the left side.
She complained of the crooked nose and the bump that had developed on her nasal bridge.
She wanted an improvement, but wanted to still look like herself - not someone else.
Here she is at one year post op after rhinoplasty and septoplasty to straighten the nose and reduce the bump.
She is breathing better and just started a great job after school. She is an extremely confident and intelligent young woman.
