This young, male patient presented to me with a primary concern of an inability to breathe out of his nose.
He was complaining of a deviated nose and septum.
His nose is deviated to his left.
The left side of his nose is obstructed and he also complained of his nasal tip and bridge.
Here he is 3 months post op after I performed an open septoplasty with reduction of inferior bilateral turbinates and rhinoplasty with tip refinement.
