This little gordito had too much sugar and fell on his pack and play. He sustained a full thickness laceration through his right oral commissure (the corner of his mouth). Here he is several months after I fixed him in the OR. Here he is 3 months post-op. His scars still have time to fade. Since this was done under general anesthesia, he was never scared of me afterwards!
