This 50 year old female patient fell face first into a bench and sustained a laceration to her left cheek. She had soft tissue loss.
She previously has tried Juvederm Voluma to help improve it temporarily, because she knows she lost a lot of fat.
She complained of her bad scar and hypersensitivity.
Here she is 8 months post op after I performed a staged reconstruction of her left cheek scar deformity with scar excision and adjacent tissue transfer. Suction assisted lipectomy of left cheek and facial fat graft.
