Fat Graft Thigh Scar Depression Deformity: 2 Months Post Op.
This young lady had a large lipoma excised by a dermatologist prior to seeing me. Unfortunately, this was complicated by a hematoma and infection which left her with this deep indentation and poor scar on her right thigh.
Here she is after just one stage of fat grafting. We plan several more fat grafting sessions to the thigh debt with ultimate scar revision after I have built up the fat a little more.
